I absolutely adore, having Becky as my insurance agent, along with her staff. They are so good at communicating and looking at your preferences for communication. They'll send me text messages instead of calling or sending emails because texting is my preferred communication style. They listen and are so understanding. I'm so happy with them. Hannah has helped me through a lot of changes in my policies- new car, moving to a different house and taking on property from my parents. She is so knowledgeable, and had to be patient in explaining things to me in all the changes in my life. It has been so much for me to take in and take on. In moving, I was so glad I was able to stay with this office.
